Pediatric Well-Child and Adolescent Exams
Routine checkups that track growth, development, and preventive needs—so kids and teens stay healthy, confident, and on course.
What to expect on this service?
Vitals & growth, developmental screening, vision/hearing, sports clearance, school/camp forms, anticipatory guidance.
When to book?
Annual checkups; before school/sports; new concerns.
Visit length?
30–40 min (first visits may run longer).
Prep / bring
ID, insurance, immunization record, meds list, school forms.
What if I don't have insurance?
You can pay a fee for service or join our direct primary care membership to pay a low monthly fee, less than the cost of a cell phone bill. There is more evidence that having insurance does not always guarantee affordable and accessible medical care. The benefit of using a direct primary care membership is that we offer a flat rate with inclusive services that help reduce the need for emergency care.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, If you wish to use insurance or have high deductibles, we do accept Aetna, BlueCross Blueshield, United Healthcare, Cigna and Humana. We do not accept Medicaid at this time.

1. Arrive early. Be ready to fill out a few forms
2. Know what questions to ask. See patient education for questions to ask.
3. Be courteous.
4. Be honest with us. Do not be afraid and be open on what you really feel or experiencing.

Routine vaccines, adolescent boosters, TB risk review, vision/hearing, depression/anxiety screens, risk-based labs.
When to book
Per schedule; school/sports deadlines; travel or catch-up.
