Sexual & Reproductive Health
Confidential, judgment-free guidance on sexual health basics, consent, STI prevention/testing, and contraception—supporting safety and informed choices.
What to expect on this service?
Private teen time (as appropriate), STI testing/treatment, contraception counseling/prescription, period and cycle care, relationship and boundary skills.
When to book?
Questions about sex/relationships, contraception start/changes, STI concerns, period control.
Visit length?
30–40 min.
Prep / bring
Questions list; last period date; current meds.
What if I don't have insurance?
You can pay a fee for service or join our direct primary care membership to pay a low monthly fee, less than the cost of a cell phone bill. There is more evidence that having insurance does not always guarantee affordable and accessible medical care. The benefit of using a direct primary care membership is that we offer a flat rate with inclusive services that help reduce the need for emergency care.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, If you wish to use insurance or have high deductibles, we do accept Aetna, BlueCross Blueshield, United Healthcare, Cigna and Humana. We do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Tips to Ensure a Smooth Visit
1. Arrive early. Be ready to fill out a few forms
2. Know what questions to ask. See patient education for questions to ask.
3. Be courteous.
4. Be honest with us. Do not be afraid and be open on what you really feel or experiencing.
